It's one of the most common red-flag phrases — often shorthand for understaffing, constant context-switching, and burnout. JobLens highlights it (and phrases like "wear many hats", "unlimited PTO", and "like a family") inline so you can read the role with eyes open.
How do I spot a ghost or reposted job?
